About the role
AK Consulting is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to hire a Danish-speaking Onboarding Account Manager for their Barcelona office. You will help high-potential businesses adopt digital marketing products, build strong client relationships, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities
- Onboard a portfolio of new clients and act as a trusted advisor while developing high-performing PPC campaigns
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing services
- Identify customer objectives and present tailored solutions
- Build strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate and sustained performance
- Increase campaign spend and drive upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system
- Manage a high volume of potential clients through daily phone outreach
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; advanced studies in Marketing or Communications are a plus
- C2 Danish and C1 English proficiency; additional Nordic languages are an advantage
- At least 20 months of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in client-facing or high-stakes environments
