The role demands strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop action plans, adaptability to fast-paced environments, resilience, and teamwork. Good computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new tools, especially CRM systems, are important. Role Summary

Join a high-energy sales team in Lisbon, working with a global leader in customer experience and business process outsourcing for an innovative cybersecurity client.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand an existing portfolio of customers, ensuring long-term relationships and satisfaction
  • Build strong client connections through outbound calls and video meetings
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and activity-based KPIs
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and support customers with product inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and continuous process improvements
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on cybersecurity solutions

Requirements

  • Fluent Danish (C2 level) and good command of English (B2 level)
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in technology, SaaS, or B2B environments
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to analyse sales data, forecast opportunities, and create action plans
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious growth targets
  • Team player with adaptability and resilience
  • Good computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly (CRM experience is an advantage)
