Fluency in English is required, with Danish language skills strongly preferred; additional languages such as Spanish or French are valued. The candidate should be structured, detail-oriented, service-minded, and solution-oriented, comfortable working in diverse international teams. Proficiency with digital tools and experience with electronic document management systems like Public 360°, SAS financial management, or RejsUd is advantageous. Responsibilities
As Department Coordinator
- Support work planning, budgeting, documenting, archiving, reporting, and evaluation of activities
- Prepare meetings, draft minutes, and track/follow up on decisions
- Support internal communication, including drafting internal newsletters
- Communicate department work to external audiences (e.g., website articles, communication materials)
- Support recruitment and onboarding of interns and new colleagues
As Project Assistant
- Contribute to development of training and information materials on human rights, business, and tech (including digital tools)
- Help develop and disseminate multi-lingual publications
- Support project management: manage re-grants and contracts, review budgets and expenses, communicate with partners, and assist with event/activity planning
Requirements
- Commitment to human rights and interest in working in a vision-oriented organisation
- Relevant educational and professional background (e.g., communication and management, project management, or political sciences)
- Experience with project-based organisations and strong project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; fluent in English
- Working ability in Danish is a strong asset; Spanish and/or French valued; other languages an asset
- Structured, attentive to details, service-minded, and solution-oriented
- Enjoy working with international teams with diverse cultural backgrounds
- Good at using new digital tools; experience with electronic document management systems (e.g., Public 360°, SAS financial management, RejsUd) is an advantage
