Responsibilities
- Design and improve product experiences across web and mobile, from idea to implementation
- Work across the full Landfolk ecosystem: guests, hosts, partners, and internal tools
- Help shape Landfolk’s first app, bringing strong mobile UX experience
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and researchers on new and existing features
- Use and evolve Landfolk’s design language system
- Create playful interactions and micro-moments that add warmth and personality
- Simplify complex flows (booking, hosting, planning) into joyful experiences
Requirements
- Experience designing for both web and mobile
- Ability to turn complex product flows into intuitive experiences
- Hands-on experience with apps and understanding of mobile UX patterns
- Ideally, experience with e-commerce or marketplace products
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and operational complexity
- Strong attention to detail and visual taste
- Clear communication and ability to defend design decisions
- Proficiency with Figma; HTML/CSS skills are a plus
