Role Summary
- Lead digital projects that drive transformation across Semco Maritime, from defense and transitional energies to offshore wind and sustainable energy
- Deliver innovative, safe, and robust solutions valued by users
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all business areas, internal development teams, and external vendors
- Contribute to a strong safety culture while making a real impact on the global energy sector
- Based at Global HQ in Esbjerg, Denmark; full-time position with up to 30 days of travel per year
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of business-critical digital projects, from idea to implementation
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring needs are understood and addressed
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating internal and external partners
- Shape and refine project processes, optimizing workflows as digital initiatives grow
- Drive ERP excellence or custom development-based projects, ensuring seamless integration with business operations
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in IT/digital project management within complex organizations
- Proven experience with ERP-related projects (implementation, upgrades, or integrations) and custom-developed solutions (e.g., .NET or SharePoint)
- Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery and tools such as Jira
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Danish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong grasp of cyber security and data protection principles in project delivery
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP) are an advantage
