Role Summary
At Oda, we aim to make grocery logistics easy and affordable for customers in Norway and Sweden. We are seeking drivers for weekend shifts from our DIP in Hamar. This role rotates every other weekend: Saturday 05:30-13:30 and Sunday 13:30-21:30.
As a driver, you represent Oda to our customers, delivering groceries and packages, and supporting our delivery operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and packages to customers
- Load and unload goods efficiently
- Handle customer interactions and maintain high service quality
- Implement routines and processes for efficiency
- Perform simple car maintenance (e.g., changing light bulbs, topping up fluids, keeping vehicles clean)
- Train new drivers on the road
- Contribute to improving driver routines and processes
Requirements
- Driving license (Class B) with at least 2 years' driving experience
- English language skills required; Norwegian or another Nordic language is a plus
