Role Summary
- Salesforce QA position (100% Remote)
- Long-term contract
- Max Rate: $45/hr on C2C or $40/hr on W2
- Focus on QA Automation with Salesforce and Healthcare
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test cases for Salesforce applications
- Identify, analyze, and report defects with clear, detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Conduct regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing
- Validate data integrity, security settings, and business process flows within the Salesforce platform (with automation)
- Participate in all phases of the testing process, from planning and strategy to execution and reporting
- Provide timely and effective communication on testing progress, issues, and risks
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on testing
- Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with the Salesforce application
- In-depth healthcare insurance domain knowledge
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Automation and Technical Skills
- Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks/scripts
- Proficiency in test automation tools (strong preference for TOSCA)
- Experience in automating tests for Salesforce applications
