About the role

Role Summary

  • Lead a cross-functional project enabling aseptic production of life-saving medicines
  • On-site role in Kalundborg
  • Shape projects supporting medicines for rare diseases in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strengthen project management skills through a large-scale project

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts
  • Drive structured risk management and implement mitigation actions
  • Report project performance and status to stakeholders and steering groups
  • Establish fit-for-purpose project governance and support key project decisions
  • Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk project models and QMS/EHS requirements
  • Handle day-to-day collaboration with vendors and engineering partners

Department

  • Part of the AM KA Project Management Office in Kalundborg
  • Work closely with Senior Project Managers and specialists
  • Team supports projects across aseptic manufacturing
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, CMC, and other internal/external stakeholders
  • Team includes both internal and external Project Managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum five years of experience in Project Management in a relevant field
  • Strong organisation, planning, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience with risk management, governance, and project reporting
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methods (PEM, Clarity, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage
