About the role
Role Summary
Danske Bank is seeking an Executive Advisor to the Chief AI Officer (CAIO) to support the GenAI agenda. You will work closely with the CAIO and the GenAI Business Management & Implementation (BMI) team, providing strategic and operational support across a dynamic range of tasks.
Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
- Mirror the CAIO’s priorities and ensure alignment across initiatives
- Prepare executive materials, coordinate projects, and address urgent challenges
- Proactively solve problems and remove blockers
Strategic Execution
- Track progress on GenAI initiatives and follow up on key actions
- Consolidate updates into clear, actionable insights
- Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups to ensure decisions lead to deliverables
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with GenAI Tribe, Tech colleagues, and senior stakeholders
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams and leadership levels
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for executive audiences
- Monitor KPIs and progress against strategic objectives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, business management, or strategy execution (ideally in financial services or technology)
- High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior leaders
