About the role
Role Summary
- Lead a team of 9 in the Finance, Supply Chain & Environment department at the API factory (M1) in Kalundborg
- Oversee Finance, Project Controlling, Supply Chain, Environment, and Release functions
- Be part of the M1 Business Support leadership team, supporting approx. 620 employees producing insulin, GLP-1, and obesity products
Responsibilities
- Act as strategy partner for M1 management, facilitating the factory's strategy process
- Cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on engagement, well-being, and people development
- Lead the budgeting process and act as a strategic partner to management, your team, and related departments
- Oversee project controlling for investment projects in collaboration with the Project Office and Project Portfolio Manager
- Drive the sustainability agenda with the environment team to reduce environmental footprint
- Manage the supply chain of critical production materials, including forecasting production volumes and inventory control
- Coordinate closely with central supply chain functions and suppliers
- Support the team in ensuring timely release of produced batches
- Collaborate with factories and central Supply Chain & Finance functions to deliver on commitments

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build trust, foster engagement, and support team well-being
- Solid experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Finance within a complex, highly regulated industry
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proactive, fast learner, inclusive leader, and strong communicator
