Role Summary
- Act as a value-adding Finance Partner supporting Senior Management in financial and commercial decision making
- Oversee financial performance management of commercial units (North America Operations and International Operations)
- Support supply/demand decision making
- Join the Sales Analysis and Insights team in a young, international, and ambitious environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial performance and deliver business insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in Novo Nordisk
- Facilitate and safeguard a smooth budgeting process and reporting environment
- Drive strategic financial discussions in collaboration with colleagues
- Combine supply and demand data to generate insights into sales developments
- Challenge business cases, prepare budget material, and deliver solid financial reports
- Become a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders and impact financial decisions

Requirements
- Completed relevant master’s degree in finance or economics with excellent results
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven track record in financial analysis, budget processes, and reporting
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office and proficient with financial systems
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Customer mindset and ability to communicate complex insights effectively to senior management
