Requirements
- Relevant master’s degree (2025 or 2026) in strategy, management, international business, IT, digitalisation, innovation, or similar
- International experience (study abroad, work, or volunteering)
- No more than one year of full-time work experience after or between master’s degree
- Professional fluency in English
- Willingness to be globally mobile
- Openness to new ideas, decision-making, positive attitude, and collaboration with a diverse team
