We seek a strategic and impact-driven Group Product Manager to lead Vivino's core user experience—where discovery begins, habits form, and lifelong wine journeys take shape.

Role Summary

  • Strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on User Growth & Subscribers
  • Based in Copenhagen, Denmark; reports to the CPO
  • Responsible for defining product strategy, shaping the roadmap, and driving impact on key business and user KPIs
  • Leads a team of Senior Product Managers, fostering rapid experimentation, customer empathy, and data-informed decisions

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, KPIs, and roadmap for User Growth & Subscriptions
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
  • Drive both strategic bets and iterative optimizations to improve user and business outcomes
  • Grow Monthly Active Users (MAU) through product-led initiatives focused on retention and conversion
  • Increase Premium subscribers via product-led conversion and retention initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing
  • Represent the product area in leadership forums, securing alignment and buy-in
  • Collaborate with other product leaders to ensure holistic user journeys across Vivino's platforms

Requirements

  • Extensive B2C experience in consumer-facing, mobile-first environments with a focus on user growth and/or subscription models
  • Solid understanding of metrics and KPIs, including user acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Proven ability to lead product strategy from ideation to execution with measurable impact
  • Direct experience with AI
  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer-facing UX
  • Data-fluent, comfortable with A/B testing and using data to guide decisions
  • Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders
