The role demands strong expertise in workforce planning, recruitment processes including job description development, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding/offboarding management. Maintaining up-to-date personnel documentation, benefits policies, and employee data integrity is essential. The advisor will manage talent management programs and support staff development through training coordination and collaboration with external providers. Proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken, is critical for effective communication across the organization. The position also requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills to engage with employees at all levels and conduct regular employee pulse surveys to identify and address workplace issues. The ability to adapt to a dynamic, changing environment and contribute to large projects with shifting priorities is necessary. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for team events is expected. Overall, the role demands a trustworthy, empathetic HR professional capable of operating within a complex multinational organizational structure, supporting approximately 55 employees across Denmark, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, and Germany, and contributing to the strategic HR objectives of the Trapeze EU FX P&S business unit within the Modaxo group.

Role Summary
- Provide HR advice and support to line managers and leadership team
- Engage in strategic decisions as part of the business leadership
- Main HR contact for Trapeze EU FX P&S, supporting ~55 employees across Denmark, Norway, Finland, Netherlands, and Germany
- Report to General Manager with a dotted line to Group HR Director
- Based in Aarhus, Denmark; full-time role covering all regions
Responsibilities
- Support line managers on HR and personnel matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements (GDPR)
- Keep management updated on employment legislation in all countries
- Identify workforce needs and competency gaps; drive recruitment process (job descriptions, ads, screening, interviews, feedback)
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, introductions, data entry, payroll)
- Maintain benefit policies and ensure up-to-date personnel handbooks and documentation
- Keep employee data and personnel files current
- Manage talent management programme
- Support staff development, manage training plans, liaise with training providers
- Provide quarterly HR reports on recruitment, retention, and key trends
- Support project work as assigned by HR Director and BU Lead
- Conduct regular employee pulse interviews, flag issues, and act on results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Management
- Previous experience as HR specialist or HR Partner, preferably in an international company
- Empathic, trustworthy, and able to communicate at all levels
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR procedures in relevant regions
- Ability to contribute to large projects with changing priorities
- Experience communicating with employees and management
- Experience working in a constantly changing environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team building skills
- Proficient in English and Danish (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for team events
