Responsibilities
- Book qualified meetings for Account Managers (inbound and outbound leads)
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach with training in relevant IT areas and services
- Maintain data and sales activities in CRM related to lead generation
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to target the right customers at the right time
- Work with marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and lead management
Success Criteria
- Measured by number of booked meetings, lead quality, and collaboration with sales and marketing
- Successes are celebrated together and team members support each other to reach common goals
Requirements
- Experience with meeting booking and telesales, with documented success
- Strong on the phone and in written communication; comfortable engaging with potential customers
