Responsibilities

  • Book qualified meetings for Account Managers (inbound and outbound leads)
  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach with training in relevant IT areas and services
  • Maintain data and sales activities in CRM related to lead generation
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to target the right customers at the right time
  • Work with marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and lead management

Success Criteria

  • Measured by number of booked meetings, lead quality, and collaboration with sales and marketing
  • Successes are celebrated together and team members support each other to reach common goals

Requirements

  • Experience with meeting booking and telesales, with documented success
