Preferred qualifications include vocational education or experience as an electrician or automation technician, basic Ubuntu/Linux administration skills, and flexibility regarding working hours. The role emphasizes proactivity, ownership, and the ability to balance onsite service work with remote assistance. Hjælp med at holde vores globale AI-systemer kørende hos Claviate. Vi har udviklet en banebrydende dataplatform baseret på avancerede AI-kameraer, der understøtter installationen af vindmøller offshore og onshore. Du vil arbejde fra vores kontor i Aarhus og lejlighedsvis rejse til sites globalt for at vedligeholde og servicere vores systemer.
Ansvarsområder
- Vedligeholde, reparere og forbedre hardwareudstyr
- Oprette og opdatere hardwaredokumentation og lagerstyring
- Overvåge hardware-dashboard og løse problemer med enheder
- Kommunikere med kunder og assistere med fejlfinding via telefon og mail
- Udarbejde servicerapporter, tekniske notater og vejledninger
- Installere, servicere og idriftsætte udstyr hos kunder (op til 40 rejsedage/år)
- Klargøre og konfigurere hardware til forsendelse til nye kunder
Krav
- Kørekort kategori B
- Bosat i Danmark, gyldigt CPR-nummer og arbejdstilladelse
- God fysisk form
- Praktisk erfaring med el- og håndværktøj
Kvalifikationer
- Solid forståelse for elektronik og hardware
- Erfaring med teknisk dokumentation
- Struktureret og systematisk tilgang til fejlfinding
- Stærke engelskkundskaber (skriftligt og mundtligt)
- Grundlæggende IT- og netværksforståelse
- Evne til at balancere servicearbejde hos kunder med fjernsupport
- Proaktiv holdning og ejerskab
