Responsibilities
- Complete three rotations of eight months each (regional office/business area, affiliate, and either HQ Denmark or International Operations Strategic Operations in Zurich)
- Gain hands-on experience with business challenges and risks in the pharmaceutical industry
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop strong commercial understanding

Requirements
- Master’s degree obtained in 2025 or 2026 with above-average academic achievements in business administration, marketing, or international business
- International experience from studying, working, or volunteering abroad
- No more than one year of relevant full-time work experience (before, during, or after master’s degree)
- Professional fluency in English
- Willingness to relocate globally
- Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, strong drive, eagerness to learn, and international mindset
