Role Summary

  • Join Novo Nordisk's international business graduate programme

Responsibilities

  • Complete three rotations of eight months each (regional office/business area, affiliate, and either HQ Denmark or International Operations Strategic Operations in Zurich)
  • Gain hands-on experience with business challenges and risks in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop strong commercial understanding
  • Build competencies to become a future business leader or specialist
  • Work closely with senior leaders in commercial and marketing functions
  • Build an international network and receive mentorship from experienced professionals

Requirements

  • Master’s degree obtained in 2025 or 2026 with above-average academic achievements in business administration, marketing, or international business
  • International experience from studying, working, or volunteering abroad
  • No more than one year of relevant full-time work experience (before, during, or after master’s degree)
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Willingness to relocate globally
  • Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, strong drive, eagerness to learn, and international mindset
