Role Summary
- Join Novo Nordisk’s International Finance Talent Programme
- Programme starts in Denmark, Canada, China, Singapore, or Brazil
- Designed to develop future finance leaders and specialists in the pharmaceutical industry
Responsibilities
- Complete three international rotations of eight months each, starting in your home country
- Experience roles in regional offices, affiliates, HQ (Denmark), or IO Strategic Operations (Zurich)
- Tackle real-world business challenges and risks in pharma
- Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Develop commercial understanding to impact the business

Requirements
- Master’s degree obtained in 2025 or 2026 with above-average academic achievements in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or management accounting
- International experience (study, work, or volunteering)
- No more than one year of full-time work experience after completing a master’s degree
- Professional fluency in English
- Willingness to relocate globally
- Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, strong drive, eagerness to learn, and international mindset
