- Join as an International Operations People & Organisation (HR) Graduate in Denmark
- Participate in a life-changing graduate programme focused on personal and career growth
- Work within Novo Nordisk’s largest operational unit, covering 194 countries and serving 35 million patients daily
Responsibilities
- Complete three rotations of eight months each:
- International Operations Strategic Operations, Denmark
- One of the P&O Centres of Excellence in Denmark
- A global affiliate
- Gain hands-on experience with business challenges and risks in the pharmaceutical industry
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop strong P&O understanding and impact the business
- Build competencies to become a future P&O leader or specialist
- Work closely with senior leaders and build an international network
- Receive mentorship from experienced professionals
Requirements
- Master’s degree obtained in 2025 or 2026 with above-average academic achievements in Human Resources Management, business administration, or international business
- International experience through study, work, or volunteering
- No more than one year of full-time relevant work experience (before, during, or after master’s degree)
- Professional fluency in English
- Willingness to relocate globally
- Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, strong drive, eagerness to learn, and international mindset
