- Ensure a high level of professional service for clients, guests, and customers
- Coordinate tasks and schedules across teams for seamless service delivery
- Manage a team of receptionists and support staff
- Handle scheduling, task prioritization, coaching, and performance reviews
- Support colleagues and ensure flexibility in handling various tasks
- Maintain an overview during busy periods and ensure service excellence
Requirements
- Leadership experience and passion for service
- Ability to maintain an overview and contribute to a team
- Self-motivated, able to take ownership and work independently
- Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and cheerful
- Skilled in Danish and English (Nordic language understanding is a plus)
- Experience with Outlook is an advantage
