Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding coffee service, maintaining a consistently high standard
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages to customer specifications
• Set up and maintain the café area, ensuring cleanliness and organisation
• Build and nurture strong relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues for a seamless café experience
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals
• Flexibly contribute to other service areas when required
• Bring positive energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude to every task

Requirements

• Genuine passion for coffee and delivering exceptional service
• Strong ability to keep an overview while actively contributing to the team
• Self-driven and proactive, with a sense of ownership and independence
• Meticulous, quality-focused, and highly organised
• Proficient in English; Danish is an advantage (understanding of other Nordic languages is a plus)
