The role requires a vocationally trained chef with substantial leadership experience in the canteen and restaurant sector. Key competencies include managing daily canteen operations with a focus on delivering high-quality, portioned meals across diverse food concepts such as Go Green, Comfort Food, and The Deli. The candidate must demonstrate strong culinary skills, emphasizing cooking from scratch using fresh, quality ingredients, with keen attention to detail in taste and presentation. Leadership capabilities are essential to motivate and develop the kitchen and service team, ensuring excellent guest experiences and maintaining high standards in both gastronomy and service. Operational skills include structuring workflows, planning, and quality control within kitchen and serving environments. Administrative responsibilities cover payroll processing, inventory and procurement management, menu planning, and conducting self-inspections and quality audits. The role also demands effective cross-departmental collaboration with reception, cleaning, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth overall operations. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and able to maintain composure under pressure. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening events. This leadership position requires a proactive, detail-focused professional committed to upholding ISS's standards of food quality and customer service in a dynamic canteen setting.

- Ansvar for den daglige drift af kantinen hos en attraktiv kunde i Aarhus
- Sikre gode serviceoplevelser for gæsterne
- Arbejde med food-koncept med tre stationer: Go Green, Comfort Food og The Deli
- Servering af portionsanrettede måltider med fokus på høj kvalitet og service
- Motivere og udvikle teamet for at levere service og gastronomi af høj kvalitet
- Sikre struktur, planlægning og kvalitet i køkken og servering
- Ansvar for administrative opgaver: løntast, varebestilling, menuplanlægning, egen- og kvalitetskontrol
- Samarbejde på tværs af afdelinger som reception, rengøring og handyman
Krav
- Uddannet kok med erfaring fra kantine- og restaurationsbranchen
- Erfaring med ledelse
- Passion for at lave mad fra bunden med gode og friske råvarer
- Øje for detaljer, smag og præsentation
- Struktureret, serviceminded og god til at bevare overblikket
Arbejdstid
- 37 timer pr. uge
- Mødetid mandag til fredag mellem kl. 06.30–15.00
- Enkelte aftenarrangementer
- Opstart: 1. februar 2026
