- Opbyg og videreudvikl forretningskritiske og teknologisk spændende løsninger i Danske Bank
 - Kombiner ledelsesansvar for softwareudviklere med praktiske udviklingsopgaver i et squad
 - Vær HR-ansvarlig for flere udviklere, primært placeret i Danmark
 - Deltag som fuldgyldigt medlem af et udviklingsteam i Risk & Compliance Tribe
 
Responsibilities
- Drive HR-ledelse for en gruppe på 8-10 softwareingeniører
 - Ansvar for faglig og personlig udvikling, inkl. performance reviews, træning og rekruttering
 - Bidrage til sprintmål som medlem af udviklingsteamet
 - Deltage i ledelsesgrupper og drive tværgående initiativer for at skabe et inspirerende og samarbejdende miljø
 
Requirements
- Mindst 5 års programmeringserfaring (f.eks. JAVA, C#, SQL, Python)
 - Uddannelse inden for datalogi eller relateret teknisk område
 - Erfaring med CI/CD, DevOps, testautomatisering og AWS Services
 - Solide ledelseskompetencer
 - Viden om og/eller kendskab til mainframe-udvikling samt praktisk erfaring med softwareudvikling
 - Avancerede engelsk- og danskkundskaber
 - Kan arbejde fast fra kontoret i København
