Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute café and brunch dishes to a high and consistent standard
- Handle daily mise en place and service independently when required
- Ensure correct portioning, presentation, and food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and structure in the kitchen (HACCP standards)
- Support menu development, prep planning, and waste reduction
- Collaborate closely with front-of-house and kitchen team
- Handle busy weekend services calmly and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced café or brunch environment
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
