Responsibilities
- Assist Head of Legal & HR with preparing and updating legal documents (contracts, NDAs, data agreements, etc.)
- Conduct research on laws and compliance topics relevant to company operations
- Help ensure legal and HR procedures are compliant and well-documented
- Maintain internal legal templates and filing systems
- Communicate with external partners and authorities as needed
- Provide general administrative and coordination support within Legal & HR
Requirements
- Experience in administration, documentation, or office coordination (legal or HR experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and structured work approach
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- Good communication skills in Danish and English
- Skilled in Word, Excel, and digital systems
- Located in or willing to commute to Ishøj (Capital Region)
- Background in office education, administration, or a bachelor’s degree in law, business, or communication is relevant, but curiosity and eagerness to grow are most important
