Key competencies include prospecting to identify and engage top-tier craftsmen across Sweden, managing new customer acquisition from lead generation to active client onboarding, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships through CRM systems. The role requires strong communication skills for presenting digital products, conducting quality control, discussing contracts, and building long-term client relationships. Candidates will also gain experience in setting up and optimizing sales processes, performing market analysis to inform product development, and participating in event planning and execution, including webinars and city expansion projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, and comfortable initiating contact with new people, with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, digital startup culture. Prior experience in sales, account management, or CSM is advantageous, as is familiarity with the construction industry. This internship offers flexible full-time or part-time arrangements over a minimum 10-week period during winter/spring 2025/2026, providing valuable exposure to B2B sales operations, customer communication strategies, and startup business development practices.

Responsibilities
- Prospektering: hitta Sveriges bästa hantverkare
- Nykundsbearbetning: från lead till aktiv hantverkare
- Kontinuerlig uppföljning i CRM-system
- Onboarding: presentera app, kvalitetskontroll, diskutera avtal
- Sätta processer för prospektering, CRM-hantering och kunduppföljning
- Relationsbygge: uppföljning med befintliga kunder
- Marknadsanalys för produktutveckling
- Delta i planering och genomförande av event/webinar
- Delta i expansionsprojekt till nya städer
Requirements
- Studerar sälj, account management och/eller CSM
- Lätt för att knyta kontakt med nya människor
- Vill utveckla kunskaper inom sälj och kundkommunikation i en startup
- Initiativtagande, självgående och vågar ta egna initiativ
Nice to Have
- Tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet inom sälj, account management eller CSM
- Erfarenhet av byggbranschen är ett stort plus
