Role Summary
- Part-time role (10–30h/week) for an Operations Associate based in Stockholm
- Join Done’s Operations team to coordinate and support daily operations for installations of EV chargers, heat pumps, and battery systems
- Work closely with Operations Managers and certified installers to ensure smooth project execution
- Hands-on tasks include customer scheduling, logistics, and data tracking
- Start: October/November 2025
- Hours: 10–30 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Location: On-site from Stockholm or remote
- Potential to grow into a full-time opportunity
Requirements
- Proven ability to learn fast, stay organized, and take ownership
- Strong communication and coordination skills
