  • Shape and implement the national education strategy, including design, planning, and execution of programs
  • Lead key customer engagement initiatives to drive loyalty and disease awareness
  • Build partnerships and align with external stakeholders (KOLs, primary care, private providers, scientific associations)
  • Manage resources and budgets, collaborate with third-party vendors, and explore new partnerships
  • Lead innovative education initiatives, content creation, and social media campaigns
  • Drive change management and multichannel engagement
  • Use data to expand and strengthen customer engagement

Requirements

  • Background in healthcare, education, or related field
  • Proven experience delivering education to healthcare professionals and managing educational programs in pharma or healthcare
  • Strong project management skills and commercial understanding
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good understanding of the Danish healthcare system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of multichannel engagement strategies
