About the role

Role Summary

  • Lead Shine's marketing strategy and execution in Denmark
  • Build and manage the local marketing team in Copenhagen
  • Drive growth initiatives and ensure strong product adoption
  • Collaborate with central teams (Brand, Growth, Product) to maximize marketing and revenue efforts
  • Report to the Chief Revenue Officer
  • Hybrid role: based in Copenhagen with two remote working days per week
  • High-impact, transversal position with exposure to P&L management, product positioning, and company strategy

Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy for Denmark
  • Own and optimize key performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Lead projects on market expansion, customer acquisition, and efficiency
  • Develop competitive intelligence strategies
  • Align marketing initiatives with commercial goals in collaboration with growth and brand teams

Go-to-Market (GTM) & Growth

  • Identify and execute cross-selling and growth opportunities
  • Develop communication strategies and messaging to enhance brand positioning
  • Oversee product launches and ensure successful market entry
  • Manage go-to-market plans with internal and external stakeholders

Local Product Marketing & Partnerships

  • Define and communicate Shine's unique value propositions in Denmark
  • Craft localized messaging for target audiences
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners (accountants, financial service providers)
  • Act as primary contact for strategic partnerships and marketplace management
  • Organize and lead local events to boost brand awareness and business growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B environments
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven track record in go-to-market execution and product marketing
  • Deep understanding of the Danish market and customer behaviour
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for autonomy and impact
  • Fluent in Danish and English

  • Experience in high-growth fintech or startup environments
