Role Summary
- Join Shine, a leading European FinTech supporting freelancers, self-employed professionals, and SMEs
- Help build and improve our payroll SaaS product used by thousands of small businesses in Denmark
- Work in a small, supportive engineering team (4 people)
Responsibilities
- Work with a well-organised codebase
- Set technical direction for payroll product design and development
- Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable Go backend code

Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience with Go
- 5–10 years of engineering experience
- Skilled in databases, APIs, web & mobile clients
- Passion for software craftsmanship and high code standards
- Willingness to learn the payroll domain and complex salary rules
- Fluent in English and Danish
