This role requires a hands-on B2B marketing professional with a mid-level experience background and a bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record executing diverse marketing activities, particularly in content production such as case studies, webinars, LinkedIn posts, and website and campaign copywriting. Strong copywriting skills are essential, with the ability to transform rough inputs into clear, compelling messaging. The role demands proficiency in reading and interpreting marketing analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments swiftly. The candidate should be proactive, structured, and reliable, capable of independently managing day-to-day marketing execution and proactively suggesting and running new initiatives. Collaboration skills are important, as the role involves working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to convert real use cases into effective marketing content. Fluency in English at a near-native level is required, while Danish language skills are not necessary. The position emphasizes action over perfection, favoring quick delivery and iterative improvement within a dynamic, startup-like culture. The candidate should be comfortable working in a flexible, part-time onsite environment, balancing multiple priorities to maintain content flow and campaign momentum during the cover period.
