About the role

- Join a growing Merchandising & Coordination team
- Take ownership of the reordering process with experienced Merchandisers
- Handle order documentation and warehouse inbound deliveries
- Ensure timely and accurate registration of goods
- Receive training and build a strong merchandising foundation
- Conduct market research in Scandinavia, the Netherlands, and the UK
- Perform margin analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Influence developing processes in a young, ambitious company
- Work in a flat, collaborative organizational structure
Responsibilities
- Analyse and research product and brand performance with Buyer and Merchandiser
- Ensure strong flow in the re-order setup
- Coordinate with Buying team and Product & Pricing assistants
- Act as point of contact for the warehouse
- Optimize product representation on the website
- Conduct market analysis of pricing levels in relevant markets
- Perform business analysis with focus on margins
- Assess pricing strategy, membership-gain, and margin correlation
- Create product data and set prices in the system
- Suggest improvements to business processes
- Take ownership and responsibility for your area
Requirements
- 1-5 years' experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Masterdata, Ecommerce, Buying, or similar
- Power BI experience is highly beneficial
- Strong interest in numbers and data; highly analytical
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Pro-active and action-oriented
- Fluent in English (international office)
- Team player: supportive, communicative, and open to improvement
