About the role

Role Summary

  • Support daily IT operations and take ownership of IT administration, system set-ups, and internal helpdesk support
  • Ideal for students seeking hands-on IT experience alongside their studies

Responsibilities

  • Handle IT administration and system set-ups for new and existing employees
  • Manage and maintain hardware and user access (laptops, phones, accounts, permissions, etc.)
  • Act as first-line IT support / helpdesk for employees
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues and coordinate with external IT vendors when needed
  • Support documentation and improvement of IT processes and guidelines
  • Assist with ongoing IT-related projects and improvements

Requirements

  • Currently studying Data Technician, IT, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • Good understanding of basic IT infrastructure, systems, and user support
  • Enjoy helping others and able to explain technical concepts clearly and kindly
  • Able to work independently, structured, and take ownership of tasks
  • Comfortable communicating in English (Danish is a plus, but not required)
