Responsibilities
- Handle IT administration and system set-ups for new and existing employees
- Manage and maintain hardware and user access (laptops, phones, accounts, permissions, etc.)
- Act as first-line IT support / helpdesk for employees
- Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues and coordinate with external IT vendors when needed
- Support documentation and improvement of IT processes and guidelines
- Assist with ongoing IT-related projects and improvements
Requirements
- Currently studying Data Technician, IT, Computer Science, or a similar field
- Good understanding of basic IT infrastructure, systems, and user support
- Enjoy helping others and able to explain technical concepts clearly and kindly
- Able to work independently, structured, and take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable communicating in English (Danish is a plus, but not required)
