Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the Danish office, ensuring a presentable, tidy, and well-functioning environment (including cleaning up after lunch)
- Coordinate and manage office vendors (catering, alarm and security systems, coffee solutions, craftsmen, etc.)
- Procure office supplies, consumables, and necessary equipment for all company offices
- Tidy and prepare meeting rooms for customer and board meetings
- Book and coordinate flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for management and employees
- Plan and execute internal events and social activities (e.g., Christmas party, summer party, other events)
Requirements
- Structured, proactive, and strong attention to detail

- Service-minded and professional with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a similar role as Office Manager, receptionist, or equivalent (advantage, not required)
