Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the Danish office, ensuring a presentable, tidy, and well-functioning environment (including cleaning up after lunch)
  • Coordinate and manage office vendors (catering, alarm and security systems, coffee solutions, craftsmen, etc.)
  • Procure office supplies, consumables, and necessary equipment for all company offices
  • Tidy and prepare meeting rooms for customer and board meetings
  • Book and coordinate flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for management and employees
  • Plan and execute internal events and social activities (e.g., Christmas party, summer party, other events)

Requirements

  • Structured, proactive, and strong attention to detail
  • Thrive in a role with varied tasks and changing deadlines
  • Service-minded and professional with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
