The Operations Supervisor role at Femern Link Contractors requires extensive experience in leading marine and infrastructure project execution teams. Key competencies include site safety management, incident reporting, and conducting safety and quality meetings such as toolbox talks and behavior-based safety sessions. The supervisor must organize and allocate personnel and equipment resources efficiently to meet project timelines and coordinate closely with project control and basin management teams to establish and monitor short- and medium-term work programmes. Strong planning and communication skills are essential to maintain oversight of multiple simultaneous activities and ensure readiness through pre-task briefings and reviews. The role demands strict adherence to approved design documentation, work method statements, inspection, and test plans, with a focus on quality control and non-conformity management in collaboration with QC and engineering teams. Practical marine operations skills are required, including preparing and inspecting equipment like winches, floating fenders, gangways, and mooring systems, as well as operating and transferring floating gates, immersion pontoons, and special elements between basins and harbor. Experience in transport and immersion preparation at ballast concrete jetties is also necessary. A broad interest in technology and marine operations underpins the technical understanding needed. The position is based in Rødbyhavn, Denmark, and offers a team-oriented environment with transparent management and attractive employment conditions under Danish labor law, including pension and health benefits. Fluency in English and the ability to work within a dynamic, safety-focused project environment are critical.
