Role Summary
Join Novo Nordisk’s Danish affiliate as Patient Engagement Manager. Drive patient-centred awareness and activation initiatives across private, public, and patient channels to empower and support people living with diabetes and obesity in Denmark.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement and channel strategy for Diabetesliv.dk, ensuring it is a current, user-friendly resource for people with diabetes and their relatives
- Own digital content direction, user experience improvements, and performance measurement
- Plan and execute patient and public awareness campaigns with internal teams and external partners
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Marketing, Digital, and Market Access teams for integrated, compliant, and locally relevant patient engagement
- Support patient engagement deliverables related to obesity and other disease areas

- Based in Ørestad, Copenhagen, as part of the Commercial Execution Team
- Main responsibility: create and execute obesity and diabetes strategy across all customer channels
- Focus on innovating patient understanding and needs, using digital channels and technologies

Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience, preferably in life sciences, FMCG, or other highly regulated industries
- Experience managing websites, creating/overseeing content, and developing social media campaigns
- Strong background in executing campaigns with local media, partners, or influencers
- Experience from a communications or media agency is an advantage
- Direct-to-patient communication experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in Danish and English required
