Role Summary

Do you want to make your mark on one of Denmark’s largest construction projects? If you’re great at keeping things on track and ensuring contracts are followed, this could be the role for you. As Project Control Contracts Management Lead, you’ll shape how contracts are managed while ensuring our suppliers deliver on time and meet the agreed quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously improve progress measurement standards for M3 contractors and reporting requirements
  • Ensure high-quality progress measurement reporting and standards in M3
  • Understand current contracting and Work Package strategies across the M3 Project, ensuring efficiencies
  • Develop and maintain robust performance and progress measurement methodologies for key trade and equipment packages
  • Collaborate with project leadership on integrated financial, scheduling, and risk assessment strategies
  • Partner with the M3 IES/Procurement team, aligning on work packages and communications with NNE, contractors, and vendors
  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with stakeholders, peer functions, NNE, and critical suppliers
  • Engage with and manage 3rd party controls service providers as needed

Department

API Investment Project Office – M3 Project Controls is a team of dedicated project controls professionals supporting the M3 project. The department is part of the Investment Project Office that drives project controls across all large API construction projects.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree within a relevant field (e.g., engineering)
  • Understanding of projects and production flow in API and NN
  • Practical experience within project controls and progress measurement
