Responsibilities
- Manage tenders and sub-supplier contracts
- Prepare budgets and control costs
- Coordinate, supervise, and manage contractor access
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control throughout projects
- Provide technical insight and maintain construction process overview
- Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with project standards
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance and project costs
- Forecast and manage monthly financial processes
- Prepare monthly reporting and analysis of project performance
- Provide ad-hoc support to managers and stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with clients and balance stakeholder interests
Requirements
- Previous experience in project and cost management with a relevant technical education
- Experience in the technology or construction industry
- Proven ability to deliver projects on budget and schedule
- Fluent English communication skills
- Dynamic, flexible, and result-oriented approach
- Ability to handle rapidly changing and challenging situations
