Role Summary

  • Strategic, proactive, and impact-driven project leadership role
  • Lead the Community Workshops & Events Team in Copenhagen

  • Curate brand-aligned events that inspire personal growth, creative expression, and belonging in Denmark
  • Reimagine commercial events & workshops strategy to align with the mission and the city's needs
  • Guide and energise the team, turning vision into unforgettable in-person experiences

Responsibilities

  • Redesign commercial Workshops & Events Strategy Plan to meet business goals and audience needs
  • Create a calendar of experiences focused on measurable learning and experience outcomes
  • Own the full project lifecycle: concept, scoping, delivery, evaluation, and iteration
  • Create emotionally resonant experiences with meaningful takeaways
  • Lead and empower a team of Event Coordinators toward shared goals
  • Translate creative ideas into structured project plans with clear deliverables, owners, milestones, and KPIs
  • Build connection through purposeful events, from personal development workshops to large-scale mixers and speaker events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Community teams
  • Represent the mission in the city, fostering belonging and inspiring offline reconnection
