Role Summary
- Join Semco Maritime as a Project Manager in a team dedicated to delivering first-class telecommunication solutions, mainly for renewable energy projects like offshore wind farms

- Based at Global HQ in Esbjerg, Denmark, with occasional travel (0-15 days depending on client and partner locations)
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day project planning and alignment of expectations with the project team
- Deliver quality projects according to budget and timeline
- Status reporting focused on project economy, quality, progress, and milestones
- Manage teams and sub-suppliers according to Semco values
- Support the engineering team in technical decision processes
- Ensure customers are well informed and handle unforeseen issues in cooperation with customers
Requirements
- Technical background in telecommunication, electrical instrumentation, automation, Electronic Engineering, Marine Engineering, or similar
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Experience managing international technical projects, preferably in the offshore industry and within telecommunication systems
- Participation in equipment manufacturing and/or automation solutions projects
- Knowledge of various project management tools and models
- Ability to address finance, HSEQ, and customer requests
- Effective communication skills
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Commercial, customer-centric mindset
- Proactive and methodical communicator with strong team engagement skills
