Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue leads, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote IQM's portfolio within target sectors
  • Establish IQM as a key industry player by engaging stakeholders, including political decision-makers
  • Influence tenders and negotiate contracts to secure deals
  • Guide clients, address inquiries, and provide solutions based on market trends and client feedback
  • Contribute insights to shape product offerings and support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product development, marketing) to align with customer needs
  • Represent IQM at marketing events, conferences, and industry exhibitions

Requirements

  • Based in Saudi Arabia or Qatar, with strong local connections
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales and Account Management in the ITC industry (hardware, software, telecommunications, storage, applications)
  • Preferably with focus on high performance computing and/or data center space
  • Knowledge of the quantum computing ecosystem
  • Proven track record in developing business in the tech industry and driving innovation
  • Experience with sales, account management, public tenders, public funding, and project management
  • Ideally, personal network with HPC and enterprise customers, research, and education institutions
  • Preferably fluent in both Arabic and English
  • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, ability to engage at all levels
  • Self-driven, ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East

  • Industry-recognized data center-related certification (e.g., CDCS, DC-certified professional, ITIL, DC specialist)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Math, Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business, or similar
