Key skills

This Sales Executive role requires 3 to 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably within HR technology, learning management systems (LMS), or workplace technology sectors. The candidate must demonstrate a strong consultative sales methodology, adept at uncovering client needs before proposing tailored solutions. Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract closure is essential, with the ability to navigate organizational structures and identify key decision-makers. Fluency in one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) alongside English is mandatory, while German language skills are a plus. The role emphasizes value-based selling, leveraging frameworks such as SPICED (Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Events, Decision criteria) to diagnose learning challenges and link them to measurable business outcomes. Experience in delivering compelling product demos that highlight user experience features—such as mobile-first design, automation, reporting, and AI-driven content creation—is critical. Familiarity with HR system integrations, including Azure AD and CatalystOne, and understanding data flows is also required. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success is key to building strong customer partnerships and influencing product roadmaps. Candidates with knowledge or passion for Learning & Development, as well as backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or manufacturing industries, will find added advantage. The role suits a mid-level professional holding a bachelor’s degree, who is a creative problem solver with strong change management instincts and a consultative, trusted advisor approach to sales focused on fostering stronger learning cultures rather than simply selling software.
