Responsibilities
- Partner with project teams to create cost estimates for global clinical trials
- Perform analyses of costs, resources, and timelines to support portfolio and project decisions
- Drive process improvements and strengthen governance for cost accuracy and development
- Ensure strong collaboration with key stakeholders, including project teams and Corporate Finance

- Part of Trial Resource Management, a 10-person team in Global Trial Portfolio within R&D
- Optimize clinical trial costs and capacity by engaging cross-functional stakeholders
- Transform data insights into implementable decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position or business analysis of clinical development
- Solid understanding of numbers within business analysis
- Advantage: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially clinical development
- Expertise in managing complex projects across stakeholders
- Fluent in written and verbal English
