- Join Novo Nordisk's Corporate Procurement team as a Senior Category Manager
- Drive global category strategies for Travel and Events
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and manage top supplier relationships
- Based in Bagsvaerd, Denmark, within a team of 6 procurement professionals
Responsibilities
- Define and execute category strategies aligned with stakeholders
- Conduct market and spend analysis to identify cost savings and quality improvements
- Monitor category performance and lead global meetings to advance objectives
- Manage key supplier relationships, conduct reviews, and negotiate agreements
- Participate in cross-functional projects to align strategies with business goals
- Mentor and train colleagues, supporting professional development within Corporate Procurement

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Category Management and/or Strategic Procurement
- Expertise in developing strategies with market and competition insights
- Understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and commercial models in Travel and Events
- Experience building long-term partnerships and engaging colleagues globally
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and project management skills
- Proactive, skilled in driving change and fostering renewal
- Strong data management and analysis abilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English
