Role Summary

- Lead written content strategy across the full user journey
- Ensure all touchpoints are consistent, clear, and aligned with the Nofence tone of voice
Responsibilities
- Write user-friendly content for the marketing website, in-app experiences, help centre articles, launch materials, and email communication
- Collaborate with the Head of Experience to build scalable content systems and guidelines
- Translate complex product details into clear, accessible language
- Use analytics and feedback to refine and improve content
- Partner with Product, UX, Marketing, and Engineering to align content with user and business goals
- Manage and mentor content writers in the team
- Explore new technologies and AI tools to scale production while maintaining quality
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in product content, UX writing, or content strategy (ideally in a product-led or SaaS environment)
- Experience leading or mentoring a content team
- Strong portfolio showing clear, human-centred writing
- Familiarity with CMS tools such as Contentful or Storyblok
- Experience with localisation workflows and tools
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines, especially with designers and developers
- Knowledge of data and SEO principles to guide content decisions
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Interest in agriculture or sustainability
