Role Summary
Join Semco Maritime's Renewables division as a Senior Contract Manager. Be part of a dedicated team ensuring effective, compliant, and value-creating contract execution across large-scale renewable energy projects. Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to manage complex contracts, mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities.

Responsibilities
Contract Life Cycle Management
- Negotiate, draft, and manage large-scale service contracts, including flow-down requirements to subcontractors and suppliers
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks in collaboration with project teams
- Manage invoicing and payment milestones to ensure timely cash flow
Project & Stakeholder Support
- Act as a trusted advisor to project managers and commercial teams
- Prepare clear management reports and ensure transparent communication
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
- Contribute to the development of the contract management framework
- Share lessons learned and best practices across the organization
Requirements
- Master’s degree in commercial law or relevant field
- Solid experience with contract and claim management in offshore/marine environments
- Familiarity with large-scale service contracts in the offshore or related industries
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
