This position is embedded within a global intellectual property organization and requires the ability to build awareness of trademark risks and opportunities internally. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a high-performing legal team environment within a large multinational healthcare company, demonstrating both legal expertise and strategic insight to support brand protection efforts globally.

Role Summary
- Lead brand protection efforts for world-renowned pharmaceutical brands
- Collaborate with trademark colleagues in Denmark, India, and the US

Responsibilities
- Implement and operate brand protection strategy
- Online monitoring and trademark enforcement across marketplaces, websites, apps, and social media
- Domain name trademark enforcement, including UDRP proceedings and cybersquatting disputes
- Enforcement in cases of trademark-infringing parallel trade
- Advise and support Novo Nordisk regions/affiliates globally in local trademark enforcement actions
- Build awareness about trademark risks and opportunities within the organization

- Part of a high-performing team of patent and trademark attorneys
- Team located in Bagsværd, Denmark, within a global IP organization (Denmark, India, China, Switzerland, US)
- IP organization is part of a broader legal team with 300+ colleagues in 40+ locations worldwide
Requirements
- Law degree with minimum 6 years of post-graduation trademark experience (law firm or in-house at international company)
- Preferably experienced in trademark enforcement in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong legal trademark enforcement capabilities and business acumen
- Well-developed business partnering skills and proactive stakeholder engagement
- Appetite for developing processes and workflows
- Project management skills, including ability to manage multiple tasks and strategic risk management
