About the role
Role Summary
- Lead commercial strategy and initiatives across the South & West Business Area (Region EUCAN)
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision making and sustainable business growth
- Located in Denmark, Ørestad
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic commercial projects and initiatives in alignment with regional strategy
- Prepare and coordinate decision materials, presentations, and analyses for SVP and Leadership Team
- Support project management, governance, performance monitoring, and business transformation
- Design and drive Leadership Team agendas, ensuring focus and follow-through
- Engage with stakeholders across affiliates and regional functions to understand market needs and challenges
- Ensure consistent implementation of commercial frameworks, standards, and processes
- Enable commercial readiness and drive business performance across a diverse region
Department
- Join the Executive Office, Corporate Affairs, supporting the South & West Business Area
- Work closely with Communications, Insights & Analytics, and other Corporate Affairs teams

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field
- Substantial commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar regulated sector (consultancy experience is an advantage)
- Strong process and project management skills; ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives
- Experience in international or cross-market settings within global, regional, or affiliate organisations
- Deep understanding of value chains, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics in pharma or similar industries
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- High business acumen, ability to simplify complexity, and strong stakeholder management
