Responsibilities
- Design strategy and target product offering for Danish investment solutions (e.g., Danske Porteføljepleje, Merchant Formuepleje, Puljeinvest)
- Lead product development, implementation, and life-cycle management
- Ensure alignment with market demand and regulatory compliance
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feasibility and customer-centric solutions
- Manage and prioritise product backlog to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare tailored proposals in response to RFPs
- Support internal and external communication, including adviser training and marketing
Requirements
- Degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Danish financial services industry
- At least 3 years in investment product management or similar role
- Robust knowledge of regulatory requirements, commercial elements, and customer journeys
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful investment products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Professional fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
