Role Summary
- Join Danske Bank's Core Financing Platform tribe as a senior developer
- Work in a Squad that supports and collaborates with multiple other Squads
- Based in Copenhagen at the new domicile
- Contribute to both Squad and Chapter for operational excellence and innovation
Responsibilities
- Maintain, design, and develop software using .NET C#, Docker, REST API, Microsoft SQL Server, and GitHub
- Apply DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
- Collaborate across Squads to deliver shared solutions and support other teams
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing
- Explore emerging technology trends and adopt new best practices
Requirements
- Solid experience in C#, .NET Core, and REST APIs
- Minimum 3 years in a bank or 5 years outside of a bank
- Apply Clean Code principles and design patterns for scalable architecture
- Fluent and professional communication in English
- Experience mentoring and upskilling peers
- Strong foundation in backend development and modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, domain-driven design)
- Motivated to learn, adapt, and grow with evolving technologies
